(Goal of the Game) You have to control cars as to avoid collisions between them.  If an accident is about to occur, slow down the car to prevent contact.  It is also possible to increase the speed of the car.  This is the first screen The yellow button in the lower right corner slows down the car  for a certain period of time. This is the screen when an accident occur. When an accident occur, the game is over.
